Dr. Karanjit Randhawa

Dr. Karanjit Randhawa

VETERINARIAN, D.V.M.

While growing up, Dr. K was fascinated by all things involving science. He knew early on that he wanted a career in the medical field. His encounters with rescue animals in need of care led him onto the path of veterinary medicine. Dr. K grew up in Los Angeles, California and began his undergrad at UCLA before moving to the Fraser Valley in 2014. He completed his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from UFV before pursuing veterinary medicine. He has a keen interest in surgery and physiotherapy. Dr. K is committed to a stress-free approach to veterinary medicine which helps alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in his patients when receiving medical attention. Dr. K is the proud dad of 2 rescue pups named Hazel and Sophie. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, watching web series and spending time with his family.

Dr. Supreet Mann

VETERINARIAN, D.V.M.

Dr. Mann grew up right here in Chilliwack and knew early on that she wanted a career that gave her the opportunity to care for animals while also being able to give back to her community. She was familiarized with the veterinary field from a young age, often accompanying her dad, who is also a veterinarian, to work. As she grew up, she started working as a veterinary assistant, learning her way up to a veterinary technician role and eventually being accepted into veterinary school to earn her doctorate in veterinary medicine. Dr. Mann's passion lies in surgery, non-profit/shelter medicine, and internal medicine. She starts her day with surgeries in the morning, followed by medicine and critical care cases in the afternoon. When Dr. Mann is not at work, she loves spending time at home with her pups, cooking up new recipes, and watching TV.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT

For as long as I can remember, working with animals has always been something I’ve been passionate towards. I am currently studying at UFV doing my prerequisites for veterinary school. At present, I am the parent of two very sweet lovebirds, Mango & Rio! Outside of my school and work life I enjoy activities such as reading, cooking, traveling, and various physical activities such as hiking and skiing.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT

I was born in a small town and grew up around many different kinds of animals and people, and I always had a good relationship with both. When I got older, I wanted to pursue learning about the health and well-being of animals and creating strong relationships with their owners and people who care for them. I have several years of experience with animals. It is my goal to ensure that the owners of the animals we take in knowing exactly what is going on and have the confidence to trust us with their animals, and more importantly, their family.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT

As a kid, I always had the biggest soft spot for animals. I was always that kind who brought home injured or stray animals to make sure they got the care they needed. I knew from that point that I needed to be in a career that contributes to the well-being of animals. I feel privileged to get this opportunity to start off my career at Vedder Mountain Veterinary Clinic, working along side such a highly motivated team.

After completing my BS in Biology from the University of British Columbia, I am excited to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing outdoor sports, and spending time with my friends and family.

Having had pets all of my life, I was excited to become a part of the Vedder Mountain Veterinary team. I am semi-retired and when not at the clinic, I can be found playing golf, hiking or biking.

CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE

I have loved animals ever since I was little. I would go up to dogs twice my size to pet them, and I had a wonderful black lab growing up. I've recently been accepted into the Veterinary Technologist program at Thompson Rivers University and am looking forward to pursuing a career as an RVT. Working at Vedder Mountain Veterinary Clinic has helped me learn so much and built my passion for animal care even further. I'm grateful for the team I get to work with. Some things I like to do in my free time are painting, playing on a local soccer team, volunteering as a lifeguard, and spending as much time as I can enjoying the outdoors, especially hiking with my pup Luka.

CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Born and raised in White Rock, BC, I grew up loving animals. There wasn't a time in my life that I did not have a pet. I have a love for all animals, especially small dogs. I'm a mom of four, and my passion for animals has been passed on to my kids. The fact that I get to work around animals every day brings a lot of joy to my life. When I'm not at work, you can find me at the lake as I spend most of my free time there. The beautiful lakes are one of the reasons why I moved my family to Chilliwack.
